it leaked. and b. trotter hooked me up at 2 am in the AM. except pretty much all of mo county lost power after that tornado. nas vegas still is powerless in silver spring, similar to how whoever was in sleepless in seattle was sleepless in seattle. so i didn’t hear it until 8 this morning. i’m a little blown it leaked this early, and i hope they recoup these album sales somehow. i’m purchasing. will you?!
it’s ok. i think it’s the worst out of the three so far though. but i’m only 3 hours in, playback-wise. it’ll probably grow on me like. i hope this leaked version is missing tracks, though. the key to the second album was those hidden joints that weren’t listed on the album cover. if there are no more tracks, i’ll be slightly blown. all the joints i heard live in concert may or may not be the best joints on the album. and they threw us pretty much all the hip-hop influenced tracks early, probably so that community wouldn’t excommunicate them like they usually do.
holler if you wanna hear it. but buy it on the 10th. and d’wayne’s joint as well.
“started out hustlin, ended up ballin.”

wiz khalifa - star power. best trunk music. ever.
the native soul - an evolution. it's $ulaiman of blind i. rapping!
christian rich - the decay mixtape [think electrorock meets hip hop and dates it for a bit.]
the paxtons - members only. chi-town/dc-bred dudes. nice rhymes, crazy beats.
evidence - the layover mixtape. this joint is CRAZY.
crucial mix by PFOP's lo. love songs and such!
if coldplay and jay-z made a album, it'd sound like this.
GLC - i ain't even yet: the mixtape. kanye's G.O.O.D. music artist's latest offering.
dandiggity's eclecticuts vol. 2. assortment of eclectic cuts. obviously.
dj klever - flashback. CRUCIAL mix of 80's jams that you've probably never heard before.
g*two - one man army. newest talent out the DMV. he's nice.
this will be the one and only album that i actually buy this year…
p.s. jordan told me all about this site. so i will be checking it out from now on.
best out of all three albums. This one has the funk. others will full of a bunch of fake, teenage, spoiled, suburban angst for some reason. Plus I was waiting for another joint that was like lap dance. Lap dance was such a vicious rock/punk joint. And though it didn’t have the groove that ’she wants to move’ had, it was still danceable.
id say in search of and seeing sounds get a tie for second. fly or die was the shit. i refused to listen to any of seeing sound until i bought the album…. i kno it doesn’t make sense, but it felt so good.
