yeaaaaah. me and the squadron were also present @ this event. shout out to kai for sneaking us in there and cising us with press passes. we came a little late, but we were still in effect. guess who we ran into?
yerp. that’s right. the freestyling fiend, charles hamilton.

ready for war, as usual. first things he said when we rolled up on him was, “there’s more music to come,” and “yo, do any of y’all spit? i’m tryna go. right now.” and he wasn’t even smiling. that’s the kinda attitude i like. moments later i saw him frying bammas like plantain in some flow sessions. that footage should be on youtube soon. good grief, he’s worth the hype in my book.
even herfection was in the building. kind of. she had some goons on camera patrol, and came out with some solid footage of mickey factz’ set, which was in my opinion the most original and live. we just gotta glue his glasses on to his face so they don’t keep almost falling off. ask lupe for tips on that. footage & more after the drop.

does this man ever stop performing!?

OG status. KRS-1 was in the building.
shout out to everybody who rolled down there with me. NY, do or die.

Sup Modi…. I just got the 2nd installment of pics, waiting for the 3rd. YES~!.
Didn’t get to see you at the hiphop festival; I was also there with my girls….. it was exactly what we needed on Saturday with perfect weather. Keith Murray, Buckshot shorty and KRS one had us bugging with barely no voices at the end…and some group called 88keys made us laugh and sing along to some funny ish they performed…BUT i can definitely say not as exciting as chilling with Nas at the spot.. glad we went and made it happen…..more to come…summer just began
