is that a BC beanie, hancock?

i’m like 73% sure it is. this movie had so much potential. but the fact that america now has a solid black superhero (besides meteor man, blank man. and all the rest of the fake-me-out joints) has overridden the actual fact that the movie wasn’t too good.  but diddy loved it, and his word goes. so it did blockbuster numbers at the box office.

cousin wale also came with a pretty thorough review, so peep that too.

and he’s rocking a damn BC beanie.

HUGE update. my man barron from pocket full of paper has thrown me the crucial alley oop.

hancock beanie on ebay. get it now.

Gotta save something for the sequel. I got Common playing the Green Lantern giving a better performance though. BC beanie? Not too sure bout all that….i know i need it! its semi-fly…and thats enough for me.

I’ve been on the fence about that movie. I think it was simply entertaining. Plot – wait, there was one? oh well, I watched it FOR FREE (advanced screening B****ES!)

Modi! Pay what you owe! dinner. movie. I’m hungry and need entertaining.

yeah it definitely couldve been better and the ending couldnt have been gayer lls iono i expected more and a much better plot… but like you said it is a black super hero and with the previous ones i guess that is the best they could do…

not to mention that he had to have a drinking problem lmao what was that hidden stereotype about?!?! lmao

Yeah, I got some opinions on Hancock…definitely some interesting racial undertones.

It makes it easier for a black man on Halloween

I know i commented already but did anyone else feel the black exploitation given off in the movie… the white dude lookin to sell his heart trademark or some shit accidently runs into hancock and sees a goldmine in the black super hero so he tries to fix him up and at the end of the movie he gets the gay ass trademark put on the moon… iono my mind wanders alot… lls

Yeah, I seen Hancock and he is allover that eagle….he has a gold chain like in the shape of an eagle too. I’m convinced. The whole movie was a trailer for the sequel by the way.

Peace.

It’s def not American Eagle! I already checked with the corp office and they said NO! Could be BC but not any they sell now.

Don’t think I’m into this movie. America’s first depiction of a male black superhero on screen as a main character…and we get an alcoholic, deadbeat. Nah, I’ll pass.

It’s like Denzel winning for Training Day but not for Malcolm X.

Hancock is the sh*t!! Will Smith did a damn good job with this film; can’t wait for the next. Tell you the truth This movie is better than the previous superman movie and Im a superman fan. Will Smith gets an A+ on this movie. Peace!

I friend of mine wore this same Beanie when we were back in High School. It’s a Chichester High School Band knit beanie from around 1979-1981. Chichester High School is in Delaware County about 1/2 hour from where Will Smith grew up in South Philly, and the hat that is being sold with the dvd is close, but not the same as the movie. Take a closer look at the two.
